PRESCHOOL

Dear Parents,

            The school conducts field trips as part of the children’s experiential learning.  To culminate Science Month (September), we have scheduled a preschool wide (Toddler, Nursery 1, Nursery 2, Kindergarten) trip to Cebu Zoo in Beverly Hills, and Girl Scouts’ Camp in Capitol Hills, Cebu on September 27, 2013 (Friday).

We therefore seek your utmost cooperation as you signify your permission for your child to be in this trip.

Please find below the details of our field trip.

1. Assembly Time: 8:00 AM

2. Assembly Place: DUYAN Child Care Center (transportation will be provided by the center)

3. Attire: complete uniform

4. Bring: healthy snacks and packed lunch, water, face towel, extra clothes, cap/umbrella

5. We require one responsible adult to accompany each child.

6. The center will shoulder the entrance fee and transportation cost of each student. The accompanying adult, however, shall have to pay PhP 100 to cover the entrance fee and part of the transportation cost.  Please send your payment on or before Monday, September 23, 2013.

GRADE SCHOOL

Dear Parents,

1. Cebu Zoo – Beverly Hills, Cebu City

2. Science Museum – University of San Carlos, Talamban

3. Archival’s Eco-house – Canduman, Mandaue City

We therefore seek your utmost cooperation as you signify your permission for your child to be in this trip.

Please find below the details of our field trip.

1. Assembly Time: 8:00 AM

5. The center will shoulder the entrance fee and transportation cost of each student. The accompanying adult, however, shall have to pay PhP 120 to cover the entrance fees for the 3 venues (Cebu Zoo, Science Museum, Archival’s Eco-house) and part of the transportation cost.  Please send your payment on or before Monday, September 23, 2013.
